Creating a New IMAP Server

  1. Select SYSTEM ADMIN > DEVICES > IMAP SERVER > NEW 

  1. This is the “IMAP Server Devices” screen. Enter information about your IMAP E-mail Server

    The items below describe the fields. Fields are marked on screen with a red asterisk are required.

  1. You must enter at least one Account before you save the IMAP server as a device. Enter the required information and click ADD.
  2. To save your IMAP server as a device, simply enter the required device information (main screen and primary tab) and click SAVE. A successful registration brings you back to the “IMAP Server Devices” screen, with a message saying that your device has been saved.
  3. To edit your newly created device, please see the following section.

Edit or Delete an IMAP Server Device

  1. Select SYSTEM ADMIN > DEVICES > IMAP SERVER > EDIT/DELETE.
  2. You are brought to the “Search” screen. Enter criteria pertaining to the device and click SEARCH.
  3. Edit: To edit the device (except the Name), select it from the list, make your changes, and click Save.
    Delete: To delete the device, select it from the list and click Delete.

Note: Conflicts that may prevent you from deleting the device will be identified; and must be resolved before you can delete the device.
