The Schedule Viewer page, shown below, is accessed by clicking its icon on the Welcome page. The Schedule Viewer contains information on your jobs plus a view of your inbox messages.
The Schedule Viewer is made up of three sections:
o Inbox (with messages from various locations within DocuBreeze)
o Jobs (Scheduled)
o Completed and Held Jobs
Reload. To refresh the page, click on the "Reload" button in the upper right corner.
The Inbox on the Schedule Viewer page is similar to an e-mail
inbox, and contains messages specific to DocuBreeze. To open a message,
click on its entry in the From, Type or Subject column, and the message
will be displayed in a separate window.
To Delete the message, once opened, click Delete.
Click on Close to close the message
without removing it from your Inbox.
To view your Inbox only, go to the Welcome page and click on the Inbox icon. Viewing the Inbox only provides you with more viewing options, such as Sort Order and Filter. There is also an option to mark all the checkboxes to select all messages by using the Toggle feature on the right side of the Inbox.
Filter. Click the Filter icon to open an Inbox Filter window.
Mark the Enable Filter checkbox to enable filtering on the messages
in the Inbox. Once enabled, you can filter on one or more of the available
options:
o To filter on a Date Range, identify both From and To Dates and Times.
o To filter on the source of the message, (from within DocuBreeze), mark the
checkbox for the From column, and select the message source from the
drop down menu.
o To filter on message Type, mark the checkbox and select the Type
from the drop down list that best suits your needs.
o Filtering on Subject requires that you enter a keyword from a subject
line.
After making your filtering selections, click Apply.
Please note that you can narrow your Inbox list by applying multiple filters.
Inbox Sort Order.
DocuBreeze can sort the messages in your Inbox based on more than just the column
headings. Click on the Sort icon to bring up a separate window
with which you can Enable Sort Order. Once enabled, you can sort
your Inbox based on priority. Select the type of inbox message you want
listed first, then click on the up arrow to move it to the top. Select the message
type you want listed second, third, etc., and click the up or down arrows until
the sort order is the way you want it. Click Apply.
The Sort Order stays the way you set it, until you click the Sort
icon again and apply new changes.
The Scheduled Jobs section (in the middle), besides allowing you to view the status of each job, also allows you to Filter the list of jobs, Create a new Job, and/or to Hold All of the jobs scheduled.
To reorder your Tasks, in either of the jobs sections, click on a column heading (Status, Hold, Start Time, Job #, Job Type, Description) to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Hint: Under User Admin,
this page can be set as your Target Page by a user with Administrative permissions.
You will then be able to return to this page, at any time, by clicking on the
"target" icon in the quick link menu in the upper right of the screen.
Hold Task.
To place a task on Hold, click the Hold checkbox in the task's
row. The task will move from the Jobs section to the Held Jobs
tab.
