Establish Processes

Processes are rules by which DocuBreeze operates on your files. Processes come in four categories: Image Processing, Optical Character Recognition, Bar Coding and Keyword Processing. Groups of processing rules will be called Tasks. Scheduled Tasks are called Jobs.

  1. To create a new process, click on PROCESS in the navigation bar. This brings you to the “Processing” screen.

  1. Select a process category. Hover over the process type and select one of the highlighted options, NEW or EDIT/DELETE.
  2. Instructions for creating new and editing/deleting existing processes are broken out according to the processes type. Please refer to the items below for the appropriate instructions.

     

  3. Complete or alter the information contained in the fields provided as desired.
  4. Click SAVE to save the new process or the changes that you made.
