Points > Konica Minolta MFP
Create a New Konica Minolta MFP Collection Point
- Click on COLLECTION >
POINTS in the Navigation Bar. This brings you to the
“Collection Points” screen.
- Select Konica Minolta MFP, and click NEW.
- This brings you to the “Konica Minolta MFP Collection Points”
screen. Here, you enter information about your Konica Minolta MFP Collection
Points.
The table below describes the fields, and those on the screen that are marked
with a red asterisk are required.
- Name: This is the name for the Collection Point. For example, Konica
Minolta 7145. Required.
- Description: A description of the Collection Point. For example,
“Files scanned on Konica Minolta 7145.”
- Konica Minolta MFP: Choose the Konica Minolta MFP you want to establish
as a Collection Point. For example, Konica 7145 MFP. Required.
- File Type: Choose All, JPEG, TIF or PDF from the drop down menu.
Required.
- Mailboxes: Enter the mailbox range that you want to set as a collection
point. For example, Mailboxes 1-100. Required.
- Add to Group(s): You can add this point to an existing group, without
having to access Collection Groups.
- Scan for Bar Code: Check this box to tell DocuBreeze to look
for bar coded files when using this point. Use the selections provided to
look for the bar code on only the first page or anywhere in the scanned document.
Multiple bar codes found in a single file with "All Pages" selected
will be treated as separate documents with separate processes. Bar code processes
found will override any other task proccess.
A sample completed “Konica Minolta MFP Collection Point” screen
is shown. Click SAVE to establish
the new Collection Point.

Edit or Delete a Konica Minolta MFP Collection Point
- Select COLLECTION >
POINTS > Konica Minolta
MFP > EDIT/DELETE.
- You are brought to the “Search” screen. Enter criteria for the
MFP to be defined and click SEARCH.
- Select the collection point you would like to edit from the list displayed
by clicking on its link.
- Edit: To Edit the collection point, change any information that you
wish (except the name) and click SAVE.
- Delete: To Delete the collection point, click DELETE.
Conflicts identified must be resolved before you can delete the collection
point.
