Collection Points
Creating a Collection Point is the first step to establishing DocuBreeze
tasks. Collection points are places where DocuBreeze gets files
for processing. Collection points consist of Konica Minolta Multifunctional
Products (Konica Minolta MFPs), File Servers, POP Servers, IMAP Servers and
FTP Servers. Devices
must be established before they are set as Collection Points.
- Once Devices are established, you must set them as collection points. Collection
points will be the places where DocuBreeze looks for files. Click on COLLECTION
> POINTS in the Navigation Bar. This brings you to
the “Collection Points” screen.
- Hover your mouse over the image of the device type to see two options, NEW
and EDIT/DELETE.
Instructions for creating new and editing/deleting existing devices are broken
out according to the device type. Please refer to a link below for the appropriate
instructions.
- Once you have identified the device, complete the information contained
in the Collection Point fields as desired.
- Click SAVE to save the new Collection
Point or the changes that you made to an existing Collection Point..
