Collection Groups
Collection Groups are sets of Collection
Points that can be used together when establishing tasks. DocuBreeze
will collect files from each of the Points in a Collection Group if specified
in the task.
Create a New Collection Group
- Select COLLECTION >
GROUP from the Navigation Bar.
- To create a new Collection Group, click NEW.
- This brings you to the “Collection Groups” screen. This screen
enables you to create a new Collection Group. A description of the fields
follows.

- Name: The name of the Collection Group. For instance, “Scanned
Files.”
- Description: A description of the Collection Group. For instance,
“Items scanned from Konica Minolta Document Systems.”
- Available Collection Points: This list includes all existing Collection
Points. To add a Collection Point to the Collection Group, simply click on
the right-pointing arrow.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see a device
that you would like to include in a group, click here,
for instructions on creating collection points.
- Select a Collection Point from the Available Collection Points” box.
- Click the right-pointing arrow to add the Collection Point to the “Chosen
Collection Points” box. Repeat as desired.
- Click SAVE to save the Collection Group with
your chosen Collection Points.

Collection Point forms. Click here

Edit or Delete a New Collection Group
- Select COLLECTION >
GROUPS > EDIT/DELETE.
- You are brought to the “Search” screen. Enter criteria to find
the Group. Click SEARCH.
- Select the collection group you would like to edit from the list displayed
by clicking on its link.
- Edit: To Edit the collection group, change any information and resave.
The only information that cannot be changed is the collection point name.
Click SAVE to save your changes.
- Delete: To Delete the collection group, click DELETE.
Any conflicts that may prevent you from deleting the collection group must
be resolved before you can complete the delete.
